This study analyzes the sustainable development of local industries through the business models and transformation processes of four local cultural industries in Miaoli County (Lima Workshop Ceramics Cross-Ethnic Industry, Hwataoyao Ceramics Industry, Sanyi Wood Sculpture Industry, and Yuanli Bulrush Industry), and the key for sustainable development of local industries lies in: they understand the keys of industrial transformation and not only care about the local humanities and aesthetics, but have also included multicultural integration in the local life aesthetics, and works with the unique local culture of each place to provide local residents with a strong sense of identity and confidence, and bring about substantial economic benefits.
